Biography

Claire Siegel is the founder and CEO of Flourish. After dieting for over a decade, Claire has made it her life’s mission to help women ditch diets in favor of a sustainable approach to both physical and mental well-being.

Claire graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a dual degree in Nutrition and Plan II Liberal Arts Honors. She also completed her dietetic internship through UT’s Coordinated Program in Dietetics, where she became a Registered Dietitian.

Claire also hosts the Flourish podcast.
