This post on how to stop falling off the wagon is going to blow your mind.

No, really.

After you read this blog post…

You’re never going to fall off the wagon ever again.

Are you ready for this?!

Ok, us too.

Here we go…

Here’s the ONE thing you need to understand to never fall off the wagon again.

THERE. IS. NO. WAGON. 🤯

You read that right.

When there is no wagon, there is nothing for you to fall off.

When there aren’t impossible food rules and the expectation of unsustainable “lifestyle changes,” there’s nothing to break. And when there’s nothing to break, you cannot fail. And when you cannot fail, you don’t fall into the cycle of guilt. And when you don’t fall into the cycle of guilt, you don’t spend weeks “off the wagon,” with nary a healthy habit in sight.

When there is no wagon, there is nothing for you to fall off.

So if riding the wagon involves you white-knuckling it, sacrificing your mental health and quality of life to promote your physical health…

And falling off the wagon looks like abandoning all healthy habits and self-care practices…

Then what does it look like for you to simply walk your own path of mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health? What would it mean for you to redefine your approach from a place of self-care?
